Ticket holders are requested to arrive and wait outside The Crooked House 10 minutes before the stated start time. This is a theatrical experience and latecomers will not be admitted.
The Crooked House Story lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Please note that, due to the steep stairs inside The Crooked House, this experience is unfortunately not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The fragile historic interiors of the House also mean we are unable to admit children under 18 years-old or any pets.
