Due to the steep stairs and fragile historic interiors of The Crooked House, unfortunately this experience is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues, children under 18 or any pets.

House Rules
Arrive early. Please be outside The Crooked House 10 minutes before the stated start time. This is a theatrical experience and, once the story begins, we cannot admit latecomers.
Travel light. The Crooked House does not have a cloakroom, so please do not bring luggage, suitcases, bikes or other large items.
Mind your step. This is a 600 year-old house, with uneven floors and steep stairs. Unfortunately, The Crooked House Story is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Look, don’t touch. Expect candlelight, flames, historic interiors and fragile objects. To protect our ancient home, we cannot admit anyone under 18 or any pets.
Phones away. Photography, filming and phone use are not permitted inside The Crooked House. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
