Ticket holders are requested to arrive and wait outside The Crooked House 10 minutes before the stated start time. As this is a theatrical experience, latecomers will not be admitted.

Your Christmas Candlelit Tour will last approximately 75 minutes.

Please note that due to the steep steps up to and inside The Crooked House, this experience is unfortunately not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Due to the fragile historic interiors of The Crooked House, we are also unable to admit anyone under 18 years-old or any pets.
