Guided by the Crooked Men, you’ll meet wool merchants, weavers, witches and even a few ghosts, as we time travel together through six centuries and four historic rooms.

1. Guests are requested to arrive outside The Crooked House 10 minutes before the stated start time, as this is a theatrical experience and we are unable to admit latecomers.
2. The Crooked House does not have a cloakroom, so please do not bring luggage, suitcases, bikes or other large items.
3. Throughout your visit, mind your step! The Crooked House is an ancient building with uneven and unexpected surfaces. As such, The Crooked House Story is unfortunately not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
4. Beware flames and fragile objects - look but don’t touch!
5. No photos, videos or the use of phones inside The Crooked House. Anyone caught breaking this rule will be swiftly removed from The Crooked House, with no refund provided.
